Man and 13-yr-old arrested for animal torture videos on YouTube
Chicago police have arrested a Chicago man and juvenile after they filmed unspeakable acts of cruelty on dogs and puppies and posted them on YouTube. Police were tipped off by a complaint from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
