The first thing I want to point out is that stress is a part of life, and it's not all bad. It adds balance to our lives and helps keep us from complacency. A small degree of stress is often just what is needed to motivate us to protect what we've worked so hard for, and also to give us that extra little nudge we sometimes need to achieve bigger and better things. It can keep us moving forward and give meaning on the long walk of life.
